5. Client Deliverables
Ownership of final deliverables created specifically for a client engagement transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement. TechMayGun retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and recurring fees, will be defined in individual service agreements or proposals. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
TechMayGun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. No Guarantee of Results
While we apply industry best practices and data-driven strategies, TechMayGun does not guarantee specific marketing, sales, or performance outcomes, as results depend on numerous factors outside our control.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the relevant signed agreement or proposal.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
